Possibility of army's double- voting causes concern

Part of Iraqi army soldiers who gave their votes in the early voting allegedly can vote on the public Election day again as their names have not been erased from the voters' lists.
Informed source from Iraqi army says soldiers from Baghdad, Diyala and Salah-al-Din governorates can vote twice since their names are still available in public election voters' lists. He adds that most of those soldiers support former Iraqi PM Iyad Al-Allawi's Al-Iraqiyah List which, he says, will be bad for Kurds.
Member of IHEC Sardar Abd-al-Karim confirms the report, but he says his commission will take required steps to prevent double-voting.
