Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) announces increase of voters' number in Kirkuk


According to records of IHEC Kirkuk office the number of voters been increased with 52,000, a development led to increase of the voters in the city to 800,000 ones. IHEC Kirkuk office head Farhad Talabani says they brought back right of 52,000 disenfranchised voters who were not able to cast their ballots during the last election. Separately, Farhad confirmed the receipt of 30 complaints by the commission and regards the increased number is a natural thing which happened also in other Iraqi cities.
