Schools in Khanaqin defy election commission instructions


Education Directorate of the town of Khanaqin authorizes all the schools in the town to propagate for Kurdistan Alliance list contrary to the instructions of Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC). 
A teacher talked to Hawlati on condition of anonymity saying that head of Education Directorate in the town ordered students in all the schools to attend a rally held on 21 February with the aim of propagating for Kurdistan Alliance list. Reportedly the students of different levels held Kurdistan Alliance slogans and ruling parties' banners.
